Ummmm...Sea Lion Burgers!

Larry at Oregon Magazine has found a spot for you to find Sea Lion recipes here and here. The salmon stealers are only venerated in the lower 48; the folks in Alaska have figured out there are OTHER uses for the critters. Check out the flipper over flames recipe.

How unfortunate. This of the thousands of voters that could have stayed in their party and voted for the only true conservative on that ballot. Now, thousands of voters may not get the chance. Shame on you. You have done a disservice to conservative voters all over the state of Oregon.

To quote that stupid soundbyte of Rush that you cant help but play every 5 minutes, "HEY VICTORIA, NICE GOING!

Oregon voters who switched parties could get their vote thrown out
By KGW Staff

Thousands of Oregon voters are about to get two ballots in the mail and if they pick the wrong one, their votes won't count.

The problem affects people who switched parties just before the registration deadline.

County elections officials had already sent voter rolls to the printers, so those ballots will go out in the mail with the voters' previous party.

Later, voters will get the ballot from the correct party.

According to the Oregon Secretary of State's Office, it's alright if voters fill out both ballots since the state database will catch the mistake.

However, if voters send in only the out-of-date ballot, the votes in the partisan races will get tossed out.

If the votes are tossed out, any bets of the ACLU taking up this voter disenfranchisment issue quickly?

I didn't think so either.

Lew,

If they are only throwing out out dated ballots (the "wrong" ballot), I don't think the ACLU has much of a case, or even a reason to get involved.
And only the partisan race votes will be thrown out.
So what is getting thrown out, is any vote, for a partisan candidate, in the party the voter NO LONGER belongs to.

This is NOT about throwing out ballots because people switched (although if one does not read the post closely, I see how one can come to that conclusion).

I have no idea what this has to do with Sea Lion Burgers.

IF the sea lions are to be killed, it seems wasteful not to utilize the meat, and other useful parts of the animals.

Meaning no offense, Todash, but what in the name of God's green earth does voting have to do with sea lions? Moreover, Victoria helpfully suggesting that Republicans temporarily switch parties to cause chaos for the Democrats has nothing to do with anything. She made a suggestion... people have to choose to follow it or not follow it. She deserves no blame for people deciding to follow her suggestion unless you're of the opinion that she exerts some sort of evil mind control over her guillible listeners. C'mon, I know you're shilling for Ron Paul and consider him to be a true conservative (which claim depends upon narrowly defining the word "conservative") but don't wander around making inane claims in support of your favored candidate. It does your argument no good at all.
