THe strike is a waste of time. I spent the day celebrating the fifth anniverary of Mission Accomplished.

All the Longshoremen did in their little two-bit strike today was to prevent the truckers, who are trying to make a living, too, from getting on the docks to pick up their containers and get them delivered. They did not do any thing to alleviate any problems. They caused more problems.
But, it is known that the Longshoremen will strike for just about any reason, even if they don't like the weather, or if their bosses are not wearing their caps at a certain angle or if their break times are not adhered to to the minute.
And at $36.00 an hour wages, they are really picked on. Boo F***ing Hoo!
