This illegal enterprise, given the veneer of legitimacy by Mayor Moonbeam and the Rainbow City Council, is delayed. It was to open May 6th but now it is expected to open in June. This is so outrageous that it should never open. Judicial Watch has sent the city a letter outlining the ways in which it breaks MANY laws. Now we need local business owners who believe this is an afront to the rule of law and reason to come forward to be a part of a legal action against this center. Who is with us?

It seems to me that the ICE people should be all over Tommy and the Toadies for planning to go ahead with this stupid project. It may be on hold for a short while, but you can bet that it will get going again very soon. And ICE should be going after the perps, namely, Tommy and the Toadies for aiding and abetting the illegals aliens in the area.
Does anyone have some illusions that they will go after them?
I don't. They are about as useless in this illegal alien business as Teddy is as governor of Oregon.
At least they've done something about it, no matter how inadequate. Although, you never know... the ICE people might be watching and licking their chops. After all, what better place to pick up illegals than a pretty shelter that they all congregate at?
All ICE would have to do is come by 6th and burnside area . They could pick up ata a least 75 most days ! I have walked by there and counted at least that many 3 times!
tnr: You're absolutely right. Then, after they do a sweep there ICE could go up MLK and get the crew usually standing near where the future illegal aliens day labor center is set to be placed. Then, if they're feeling as if they'd actually like to do their jobs, they can go to
Cornelius where there's another unofficial day labor center for illegals.
There's plenty for them to do if they'd just, well, do their jobs.
