I am sure that our buddy Bill thought that the rules do not apply to him , because he is the one that inforces them , why would he use them aginst himself.
I'm not sure that Guillermo Bradbury even realized he was breaking election laws since he is so back-breakingly busy following AlGore around kissing Gore's butt at every opportunity.
If Gore ever turned around real quickly, Bradbury's neck would get broken.
Would that be a bad thing? Only for Bradbury.
