We're spending hundreds of thousands on pissoirs, but we're closing the 24/7 city hall potties because nobody uses them and the city is saving money.
Do I need to ask WHY WE'RE SPENDING SO MUCH MONEY ON POTTIES THAT HAVEN'T WORKED IN OTHER PLACES SUCH AS SEATTLE?
