Says Hillary Clinton,
"I don't remember anyone offering me tea."
"The dictum around the Oval Office in the '90s was: 'If a place was too dangerous, too poor or too small, send the first lady.'"
"As a reminder of the dangers that remained despite the official cease-fire, each of us was required to wear a flak jacket on the plane, and the Secret Service moved Chelsea and me up to the armored cockpit for the landing. Everyone else was told to sit on their bulletproof vests."

Any armor present in the cockpit would be panels around the pilot and co-pilot seats, as is shown above in a photo of a C-17 cockpit.
"There was supposed to be some kind of a greeting ceremony at the airport, but instead we just ran with our heads down to get into the vehicles to get to our base."
CBS countered this canard with video of her actual departure from the plane and being greeted on the tarmac,
An AP reporter wrote after the trip in 1996,
"Mrs. Clinton chatted with journalists and crewmen during the 90-minute flight, wandering around the spacious plane in a black pantsuit - a contrast to the blue jeans and other road-ready clothes worn by most everybody else on the plane."
"The first lady spent quite a bit of time in the cockpit, with pilot Cheryl Beineke, one of just four female C-17 pilots in the U.S. Air Force."
Today, we hear "So I misspoke," from Senator Hillary Clinton, in explaining all the discrepencies of her "War Story."

Her stories are as bold as any I have heard from Army Aviators I served with. The only difference is, the helicopter pilots I served with start with, "There I was at 500 feet and the grunts back in the bay were knee deep in hand grenade pins. Then......"

"There I was....."
Weren't those the same words that Monica's ex-boyfriend used at the beginning of his Grand Jury testimony?
George Washington: "I never tell a misspoke." It sings, don't it?
Chelsea never had to ask for a bedtime fairytale.....having been around her folks all day, it would have been redundant.
Sounds like Billary "misspoke" many times starting back
December 29 07 in Iowa on her Excellent Bosnia Adventure. Shame on you Billary but don't worry I'll still vote for you May 20.
Sorry -- I gave the wrong Link.
Now we hear "the grunts" saying, "There I was in Iraq knee deep in lies, getting my ass kicked and losing the War because the Repubic Party didn't have a plan and..."
Hillary has been “misspeaking” on this canard for a very long time.
Scroll down for an excerpt from her ghostwritten book, Living History.
Sorry, Rob, but according to Democratic Party rules, it must be, "There I was in Iraq knee deep in misspeak..."
Before you let your BDS get the better of you, try to read the entire exhaustive report recently released, not just headlines.
If that's too much for you, try Saddam's Dangerous Friends, What a Pentagon review of 600,000 Iraqi documents tells us.
Then, you can ponder, US Army Isn’t Broken After All, Military Experts Say, if you dare.
Truth has never been a strong suit of this President, most Repubes or their bureaucratic arms which have pretty much helped lose America the war. But what it comes down to like many are asking, and they ain’t all democrats: How lethally stupid can one country be?
But really, how much do you think we have to pay for failing to secure peace? Lew, is it because you lost Vietnam that you want U.S. soldiers to suffer the same fate in Iraq or what? Sheesh.
Hey, Lew: It sounds like Rob is really into Bush bashing, doesn't it?
If anyone really gave Hillary's bulls--t any thought about her trip to Bosnia, being under sniper fire, etc., etc., they would have realized that any Air Force pilot who took the First Lady of the U.S. into a war zone where sniper fire was going on would have been court martialed and sent off to Leavenworth for a good long time.
And for a while there Hillary expected us to believe her lies. I don't really care if she wants to try to bulls--t the country, but she shouldn't expect us to believe it.
And, as Ronald Reagan said, "The trouble with our liberal friends is not that they are ignorant, but that they know so much that isn't true."
Hillary, and Obama too, are prime examples of this truism.
Scottie, you know BDS.
Rob will probably be one of those atending the inauguration of hte next president holding up the "Hurry and Impeach Him While We Still Can" sign.
They never read anything but their leftwinged propaganda and call us narrowminded.
That is right, never mind me or any factual assessments of the failed Iraq and Afganistan War--something you and your party have caused. I just continue to pay taxes for more failed war strategy.
What is the bottom cost I need to pay, Lew? What do Americans have to pay for you to relive your days of Vietnam through our soldiers in hopes that they can win Iraq, like you couldn't Vietnam?
Your comment about what I posted is really reflection of your character as an individual more than anything. You would say that I am following "propaganda" when experts from conservative military and economic policy institutes agree with me. I suspect that the failures in your life have led you to be stubborn in your beliefs, even if they cause detriment and destruction to those you profess to care about.
The fact is, your party failed to follow any honest non-biased expertise on the matter of dealing with Iraq and Afganistan. All of us, even you have to live with our country's loss militarily, politically and morally. That fact surpasses any and all propaganda you could post in response.
Rob: the topic presently is Billarys
Misspeak not the Iraq Battle. Why don't you go over
to the Democrat Underground and
check back later.
rob, you haven't been asked to pay anything, just get out of the way.
As far as the rest of your rhetoric, read the links I gave above. You just may find out your claim of "experts from conservative military and economic policy institutes agree with me" is pure Bovine Scatology.
Now, do you have anything to say about Hillary's canards?
Video interview with the pilot of the flight Hillary took in Bosnia.
"There wasn't even bumblebees flying around."
Victoria wanted me to change my party affiliation to Democrat and vote for Hillary in the primary. But after these revelations, I am going to vote for Obama.
LOL, wacky, wait until we start showing you some truthes on Obama ;-)
No thank you. Your definition of "truths" does not pass the smell test.
Lew, maybe Wacky's version of the truth would smell so good to him but really rotten to all the rest of us. So far, Hillary has shown herself to be nothing more than a pathological liar, following in the footsteps of her sometime-husband.
