3rd Street Pizza has absolutely the best pizza west of the Willamette river. Treat the spankers and yourself during the commercial breaks!

I just heard the good news this morning. It sounds like That D.A. in McMinnville thought he could bluff his way into a plea agreement with the boys, claiming he had "more evidence". Those boys were Nifonged. The D.A. had nothing. I hope he gets some kind of consequence for his bad judgement.

good news. Free to spank at last, can I have some volunteers?

Seems Beaverton Boy doesn't even know what the case was about.

My impression was that this case was about the right to spank people freely. I love Freedom. Or is it about an overzealous DA? Or is it about a legal defense fund built up and spent by a couple of families and walking off with the rest. I hope the DA is held accountable for his bad decision regarding this case. If anyone knows of other cases he has blown, be sure to make it public too, i am sure we can get some more victims to start legal defense funds.

The boys, apparently inspired by the movie "Jackass,". Aw yes young minds getting there heads full of modern day Liberal Hollywood Filth. To these Parents teach your kids to turn off Modern day Liberal Movie Filth from Liberal Hollywood. What a "boundaries education" program? Liberal thinking got them to do this (JACKASS the Liberal Movie)and then the 2 boys must bow down to Boundary education(SAY IT LKE IT IS) LIBERAL Sensitivity training INDOCTRINATION.

Ps: I'm still for the divorce from Liberal Hollywood and the Liberal Public schools.Pull your kids out of the Indoctrination centers known as the Public schools folks.

PPS: I think the two boys were innocent VICTIMS of Modern day Liberalism. The charge's were dismissed? OH REALLY!

Wow, Klatu, do you allow your kids to watch Liberal TV or movies? I never have, and my kids have never had any desire to watch that crap. I wonder how we are supposed to feel sorry for this family that lets their kids watch that stuff. Its about accountability here as parents people. If we are going to blame everyone else, we might as well sign up with Howard Dean to volunteer for the Libocrats. Have fun with that Klatu.

How did I get the name Beaverton boy? I like Beaverton. Is that a conservative hot zone?

Now that this fiasco is over, the Yamhill County school board needs to fire the principal and vice-principal of that school. If these two cannot handle a simple discipline incident in their own halls without calling in the cops, then they are not fit to be in any sort of a supervisory position in any school.

And the two families need to initiate large, I mean LARGE, lawsuits against all those involved, starting with the principal and vice-principal, the school board, and possibly the county itself, if, for no other reason to get their money back that they had to pay for lawyer fees, plus to gain a modicum of retribution for the pain and suffering and humiliation they have been put through for the last 6 months.

Next will be the election of anyone else when that DA comes up for reelection.

Scottiebill: I agree. The Principle and Vice Principle need to be fired. But the DA needs to be NIFONGED.

Ps: CNS Concervative children need to know when Liberalism DOGMA is coming at them when they watch movies, TV, Read Liberal DOGMA, or Hear liberal DOGMA in person, or if they accidently turn on the radio and tune to NPR, AIR AMERICA. They should be taught by there parents that Liberalism is a joke and learn to Laugh it off.

So, if the parents of the kids allow their kids to watch and listen to it, and ultimately immitate it. Should we all hand those parents money to defend their kids from overzealous DA's? And when these kids parents sue the DA and they receive money from the state for damages, do they give all the money for the defense fund back to the donaters? I am sure not. I have an idea, start an infomercial, get rich quick, Sue a DA today. My kids never were interested in PBS, Sesame Street, and strangley enough, never spanked. Straight A students, athletes and active in church. The older one proudly votes Republican because if his views on abortion. I need them to get in some trouble so I can sue someone and get a load of "defense fund" money for free. I dont like our litigious society any more than anyone else, except John Edwards that is.

No - The Liberal thinking that brought on this _ _ _ _, should be taught a lesson. Another words it should have never left that LIBERAL MCMINVILLE school. The law should be abolished, Tort reform put in place and certain people should not have LAW LICENSE'S --- NIFONGEDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD.

Ps Victoria--Did you see this about an IKEA Store in Richmond B.C. Shutting down instead of fighting with the Teamsters Union local 213. No wonder liberals love it, but for how long???http://theunionnews.blogspot.com/2007/08/striking-teamster-pickets-shut-ikea.html

My kids never attended public schools. Who in their right mind would allow that? Responsible parenting includes a financial plan for their education. K-College. I dont support any persons plea for public assistance that is not willing to be accountable for their lack if insight in planning for their childrens welfare themselves. Why rely on the socialist education of our children when there are alternatives available.

I see in this morning's O that the boys' families are planning to sue Yamhill County and the School District over this fiasco. That is good. And, I also heard on the radio yesterday that there is some speculation that the Boys' attorney might be running against the present DA in the next election. That is also good. The people of Yamhill County would be better served by just about anyone else after this mess, even Larson E. Whipsnead.

For those of you who don't, or haven't watched, old movies, Larson E. Whipsnead was a W. C. Fields character that was very popular back in the 30's.

And, cnskate, your snobbishness is showing up. There are a great many towns and citits across the country where the people have no choice but to sent their kids to public schools because there are no private or parochial schools in their communities And, many, many people do not have the education or ability to home school their kids. Maybe you should get out and away from your elite circle and find out how the common folk live.

A agree, though, that the government schools are getting more and more away from teaching the Three Rs and more into teaching the Three Ls (Liberalism, Laziness, and Looniness). But that can be laid largely on the teachers' unions and their ultra-liberal agendas.

cnskate said...

oh Whaaa, I am a snob. Thats hilarious. WE Republicans rely on personal responsibility to make Libocrats understand they cannot push us around to get us to take care of them and their illegal alien friends. Get on board with the Dems and quit blaming everyone around you for making life difficult.

Victoria: While watching a debate about the two boys on FOX & FRIENDS (FOXNEWS CHANNEL) early this morning, TITLE 9 came up as part of the reason for the sexual harrasment law. Aparently there's a sexual harrasment clause tucked inside the TILE 9 law past back in 1972.
Have you heard this? And this clause is what the Mcminville DA was basing most of the case against the two boys on. If so, sounds like TITLE 9 NEEDS TO BE REFORMED BIG TIMEEEEEEE.

Scottiebill, I am quite sure there are private schools in McMinnville. My points are these....1. These kids should not have been spanking or touching the girls.2. Their is no way of knowing if they would not have done this if they were ever spanked for not behaving well. 3.Raising money from the community or even across the country is for situations that offer a benefit for a community, not just two kids.4. The money that is extra from the defense fund should be given back to the donors with a nice thank you. I noticed noone disputing this last point after raising it several times. Will Victoria ever raise this point on the air? Probably not. 5. My own sense of parental responsibility is shared my many successful, politically active people in this country, and many of us share faith in God. I am sure there is a connection.

Cnskate: There may well be private schools in McMinnville. I don't know. But there are a couple of things you may be missing here. 1. The families of these two boys are probably cash-strapped by this fiasco, due to lawyer fees, that they can't afford to send their kids to private or parochial schools. 2. While these families live in McMinnville, that is not the only town in the country. That is not to say that they should move from there. My point earlier was that a great many of the towns and cities do not have these private schools and, therefore, have to send their kids to government schools. You said that "Who in their right mind would allow that?" Meaning, apparently, that no one should send their kids to public schools. That idea is fallacious and ridiculous at best.

Your initial statement said that you did not let your kids go to public schools smacked of being a bit snobbish. If you were offended by my perception, I would like to say I'm sorry. But I won't because I'm not.
