Smith Votes No on Cloture, but Yes's Win

FROM NUMBERS USA:
Senate Votes "YES" on Cloture - and on Amnesty

CLICK HERE to visit the Senate Vote Day Action Center for more information on the "compromise" bill, S. 1639 (formerly S. 1348).(June 26) By a 64-35 margin, the Senate voted to bring S. 1639, the “corrected and updated” version of S. 1348, to the floor. On this matter, a senator’s “YES” vote on cloture was equivalent to a vote for amnesty. Here are the votes.
Polls consistently show Americans oppose Senate bill.

During her interview yesterday with Mark Levin, Laura Ingraham, said she is going to start to refer to those Senatos who voted for cloture on the illegal aline bill as Ex-Senators. Because, surely, the right-thinking voters of their respective states will kick them out of office in their next election cycle. One can only hope that the voters in Oregon and Washington will do the right thing and put the boot to Wyden, Murray, and Cantwell. Aklthough Cantwell has five more years to go before her next election cycle. And anything could happen in that length of time.
