Open thread eh? Ok, how about something I'm sure we all have an opinion on - the existence of Jesus. Not entirely political in nature unto itself, but considering the influence of the Christian right on politics during the last decade, I think it fits.
If Jesus did indeed exist as a human on earth, must we also accept that Mithras existed?

The answer is no, but you know that already. You get to choose what you want to accept as fact. Question everything.
So, after talking to my pastor and reading a little. I found that Jesus will not support invading a country because the leader switched to Petroeuro trading. Anyone familiar with this? Probably not, Iraq now uses petrodollar since George Bush used our Army to invade. This is what the war is about. OIL. Dont bother showing any rediculous statistic about how much oil we get from Iraq, its about who sells the oil, not who imports it. People still believe this invasion is stopping terrorism, our money is ending up in the hands of terrorists now. Paul Bremer knows it.
