THE DEMOCRATS: UNFIT FOR COMMAND

So you see the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth were right. This apparently is what the Democrats mean when they say they "Support the Troops." This loser is in Washington today with Maria Cantwell whose opponent Mike! McGavick has pulled into a dead heat with her. Gee, do you suppose any of the mainstream media will ask John Kerry in Seattle today about his comments? Me neither.

"You know education [sic]... If you make the most of it, study hard, you do your homework and if you make an effort to be smart, you do well. If you don't you get stuck in Iraq."

So Kerry is supporting Maria Cantwell. With friends like that, she doesn't need enemies.

John F. Kerrys comment was what almost all Socialist Democrats think about the under educated poor and the Military. I don't know if I should say thank you John F. Kerry or SHAMEEEEEEE ONNNNNNNNNN YOUUUUUUU.

Ps Donna Shalala Remember SHAAAALAAA done to the tune Layla,
said the same thing on crossfire 10 years ago refering to poor soliders and the Vietnam War.

Thank you John
Thank you Donna

As a recently retired Marine, I challenge John Fraud Kerry with his massive brain and education to fill the shoes of even the most junior service member today.

Has he forgotten that today, almost all 2ndLt's and Ensign's fresh out of the factory have degrees? Are they losers, too?

All of the people I served with (enlisted and officer) all had other things they could have been doing, for far greater reward. Wonder why they served? Could it have been something more than a last resort?

He did not get it then, and Kerry does not get it now.

Kerry is and always has been loser. He bashed us back in '71 and continues today.

We all have heard the infamous "Jenjus Kahn" quote from his 71 lies to the Fulbright anti-Viet Nam War speech. But, later on in that same lie filled speech, he also said, "The country doesn't know it yet, but it has created a monster, a monster in the form of millions of men who have been taught to deal and to trade in violence….."

Can't blame that on Bush, he wasn't in office yet.

He also said, addressing what might happen once North Viet Nam won, "there will be some recrimination but far, far less than the 200,000 a year who are murdered by the United States of America….."

First off, the actual "recrimination" reached into the millions of innocent Vietnamese lives.

Secondly, since we troops were representing the United States of America and were armed, we are the only ones he could have been claiming to have murdered over 200,000 a year.

So, we were "monsters" and "murderers" back then and last year, we heard, "And there is no reason, Bob, that young American soldiers need to be going into the homes of Iraqis in the dead of night, terrorizing kids and children, you know, women, breaking sort of the customs of the – of – the historical customs, religious customs... Iraqis should be doing that."

And now, today, he says, "You know, education, if you make the most of it, if you study hard and you do your homework, and you make an effort to be smart, uh, you, you can do well. If you don’t, you get stuck in Iraq.”

Clearly, he holds the Military in disdain. He lied about voluntering for Viet Nam, he only enlisted when his won 5th draft deferment was denied. In 1986 he wrote an article within the book "A War Remembered," wherein he said "But volunteering for Swift boats had nothing to do with my curiosity about the war. They attracted me because it was the one thing you could do as a junior officer and have your own command. In fact, when I signed up for the Swift boats they had very little to do with the war. They were engaged in coastal patrolling and that's what I thought I was going to be doing. Although I wanted to go back and see for myself what was going on, I didn't really want to get involved in the war."

He is no war hero with any "moral authority" to be bashing some 250 highly decorated veterans solely because they spoke out against him in 2004. Everyone forgets, every last one of the Swift Boat Veterans for Truth are highly decorated Viet Nam Veterans who served their full tours, not go shopping for phony Purple Hearts to bug out and get back to protesting the war.

Listen for the deafening silence from the liberal leadership. It is just as loud as the continuing silence from the religion of death imams. They hate America equally!!

I have to admit I didn't really read the full posting about Kerry. His comments were insensitive, out of line, ignorant, sickening, andunjustified. His Stupid Quotient is way up there in the very high thousands. The Dumocrats, if they have any sense at all, will kick him out of the party and send him packing back to Boston where, if the people of Boston have any sense of responsibility, will be waiting for him with tar and feathers and a rail on which to ride him out of town.

But, then, what can we expect from a party that will allow this guy to disparage our troops like that, to allow creeps like Teddy Kennedrunk to keep on going to the Senate, and to allow Harry Greid to keep on with his anti-Bush rhetoric when he is apparently guilty of various fraudulent real estate dealings, to keep on going without any sanctions or even reprimands. This is a party that surely must be causing FDR and Harry Truman to be kicking the sides out of their caskets. They are a disgrace to the party, the Senate, and to the country.

I guess Kerry, with his Yale degree, wasn't too bright when he enlisted in the U.S. Navy where, I keep hearing, he served in Vietnam.

There is a call by right-thinking Americans for Kerry to apologize for his shameful remarks Monday. But, don't hold your breath for that to happen. After all, he didn't apologize for his baseless accusations against his fellow soldiers before a Congressional hearing in 1972.

Now, instead of apologizing, he is trying to deflect his stupidity and blame the Bush administration for everything that has been said, done, or have (or have not) been thought about since 2000 when the Bush administration took over the White House. And in addition, he is calling anyone who is calling for apologies as being "right-wing nut jobs."

But, if anyone would know about nut jobs, it would be Kerry. He has been a left-wing nut job since at least 1972.

The people of Massachusetts need to heat up the tar and break out the feathers for this guy.

If he was putting down GW, which is what he claims, how does that dog hunt anyway? First: he was making the joke on the backs of the military men and women, Second: in the 2004 election we found out GW has a higher IQ, better Yale GPA, and has an advanced degree from Harvard which is more than I can say for Kerry (does Kerry have an advanced degree? not that it makes a whit of difference in how 'smart' you are but...he sure can't use his intellectual "superiority" as an issue...)

Personally, I don’t think GWB has a low IQ, or that he is the one even making all of the major decisions he is criticized for. Nor do I think that many of us have enough information to know the true effects of some of the decisions we often criticize.

Warning: Below video clip shows stuff possibly taken out of context to push a particular point of view . May be offensive to Republicans and others who think very highly of GWB.

Is Bush Stupid?

The commentary which goes with this does make some attempt to make this a balanced piece. I think there is some humor in this, although I still can not figure out if that was the intent of the piece.

So much for the alleged meaning alleged statement. The Republican treatment appears to have backfired, unlike Limbaugh's statement about Michael J. Fox that resulted in a Democratic victory in Missouri
