I wonder if congress is watching or listening?
If this has got to be the forum in which we finally address real border and port security, then I hope everyone will make a serious point of it.
It's sad that two planes smashing into our buildings didn't stir as much interest in border security as this is.
I voted 'yes' because rescinding the minimum wage law would remove most of the incentive illegals have, by giving them competition in the search for jobs. We can repeal such laws anytime we like.
Removing that incentive would count as reform, especially if it is the main cause of the whole situation, as I suspect it is.
As long as the illegals have more will in violating the immigration laws than we have in repealing laws which are already disadvantageous even without including that side-effect, then we deserve every illegal which can sneak through and take the jobs which our law says can't exist.
Clearly, the law is wrong; such jobs do, in fact, exist, which is identical to the result which every other price-fixing scheme has produced.
Remember, 'black market' is gov-agent-ease for 'free market.'

I vote No, heck NO! I will fight if it comes down it, if government does not do it for me. I refuse to become a second-class citizen in the USA, especially if this county was build from the blood of my Black ancestors. Why don’t they take this to save there country from the corrupt government that they have, that is why they are here
