Lonnie Robert, the only voice of reason and sanity now on the Multco Commission. The Girls of Hawthorne have to go, individually or collectively, it matters not how, only that they go NOW!
Follow that with Lars and Victoria together, and two other unnamed sane people who will not make stupid and failed attempts to push their own twisted agendas over on the people, as the Girls did a couple of years ago with their gay marriage idiocy.

Even though Lars is living in Vancouver, he still owns property in Multnomah County, so that would make him still elligible for a seat. Wouldn't it?
Lars can get a matricula card an Oregon driver License then register to vote. After that he can declare citzenship in Oregon and run for office.
