"Never again" may say it all but the Bush Justice Department has said something by bungling the Zacarias Moussaoui sentencing trial. No justice for Mr. Briley. When will this incompetence stopz?

Since you have brought up the Aug 6, 2001 Presidental Daily Briefing (PDB). You are not convincing me that there was sufficient information in the PDB to have prevented 911.
And just what would you have the president do order the grounding of all aircraft.
Up to 911 the Bush administration did no more than the previous administration had done.
We should remember that failure to forcibly respond to terrorism creates more terrorism. For example the first attack on the World Trade Cednter then the attack on the USS Cole. Both were not responded to.
Trying to place blame for 911 you would have a very long list extending back to at least the Carter Administration.

Fizziwig: The Bush Justice Department did not bungle the Moussaoui trial. One stupid lawyer did that. True, she was part of the government's team in this, but, when she chose to coach witnesses against the direct orders from the judge, she alone screwed it up. This lawyer should have her license suspended for at least five years. Or maybe disbarment would be more appropriate in light of her screwing up such an important case.
You cannot blame the entire Bush Justice Department for such a collosal failure of judgement by one attorney.
