I have to go for the: "The Reality By Pass". It is just too darned perfect for Little Moscow on the Willamette. Reality bypasses Portland every day on a grand scale.
As to that person at the Beaverton Post Office. A women was there last week also and I told her that she were incorrect. I then told the next few folks that what she had posted was in error so they had better checkout her paperwork before they signed anything.
